Create a successful family beach portrait session with Monarch Studio. The time of year your family is visiting St. Augustine Beach will shape where, when, and what kind of session will best fit your family. In the summer the temperatures can sore into the high 90's making portraits on the beach uncomfortable (and sweaty) for all involved. Morning sessions are an option for those that are early bird families, but most often do not work mid summer due to sunrises at 6:30 am. Spring and Fall provide later sunrises that make this time more feasible for most. Fortunately we have multiple solutions to beating the heat. We have our air conditioned studio in downtown St. Augustine as one option. Also, we do a several locations that offer both a shaded area to start just before sunset, followed by an evening with the family out on the beach. This is what we did for the family featured on this blog post. Most importantly we want our clients and their children to have a positive and fun experience. Creating memories of a fun vacation and capturing those into heirloom prints for future generations to see.
